At Custom Branded Canopy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Please do not send the item back without prior authorization.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and customized products (unless defective) cannot be returned.
